Payment and Copyright

All prices apply to the EU. The price changes for other countries.

For services outside Vienna, an additional travel fee of €0.40 per 1 km is charged, except for Austria and Slovenia. To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the service price.

All photos are copyright HS Studio. All photos are publicly available for HS studio promotional purposes. If you do not want us to publish the pictures publicly, please inform us about this before consenting, because the price of this type of service is 30% higher than the service we offer.

Due to copyright, all photos are marked with the HS LOGO, and if you do not want our logo on the photos, there is an additional charge of +15% for the service.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS of the production and the client:

1. HS studio undertakes to provide professional photography / videography services, using high quality equipment and techniques.

2. The client undertakes to secure all necessary permits and consents for photography/recording at the agreed location.

3. HS studio retains the copyright to all recorded photos / video, but gives the Client the right to personal use of the photos.

4. HS studio will deliver the processed photos / video to the Client within package days after the end of the photography / recording.

5. The Client undertakes to give the Photographer credit for every photo/video publication on social networks or other public media.

6. The client undertakes that all published photos/videos must be in the original version and it is forbidden to change or add anything to the photo/video (eg: filters, colors, etc.)

7. We include two rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional changes are charged according to our post-production rates.
